SECURITY MEASURES:

Control services are provided in areas near the concert venue and at the entrance to the event area.
Pre-filtering will also be carried out near the concert arena: only those with a ticket will be allowed access to the areas adjacent to the arena (except for residents and specific cases) to ensure maximum security.

VENUE REGULATIONS:

WE INFORM THE PUBLIC THAT:
1.1 Access to the venue implies acceptance of these regulations;
1.2 Entry is allowed only to holders of a valid access ticket;
1.3 The access ticket must be kept until the end of the event and upon leaving the venue; it must be shown at any time upon simple request of the control staff. The ticket loses its validity once you exit the gates of the venue;
1.4 It is allowed to enter with non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles. Drinks at the internal bars will be served in disposable cups and bottles sold without caps;
1.5 Inside and outside the venue, for security purposes and to protect the structure, a video surveillance system is active. All recorded images will be made available to the Judicial Authority and the Police if necessary. The video surveillance systems comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended;
1.6 For common safety, entry checks are carried out by on-duty personnel and the Police, including the use of metal detectors;

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR:
2.1 Standing or sitting on staircases, access paths, exits, or any other passageways designated as emergency exits;
2.2 Damaging or tampering with the venue's structures, infrastructures, and services in any way;
2.3 Climbing on railings, dividers, or other structures not intended for public presence and stay;
2.4 Engaging in any commercial activity not previously authorized in writing by the venue management;
2.5 Behaviors capable of creating dangerous situations, jeopardizing the safety of any person, or disturbing public order in any way, thereby disrupting the orderly conduct of an event or preventing its peaceful enjoyment;
2.6 Entering and remaining in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs;
2.7 Displaying material that obstructs the view of other spectators or interferes with emergency signage or otherwise hinders escape routes to exits;
2.8 Engaging in aggressive acts towards control staff;

PROHIBITED ITEMS:
3.1 Firearms, fake weapons, or objects similar to weapons, knives, and other objects with sharp edges or points. Ammunition, fake ammunition, or any object resembling ammunition;
3.2 Explosive or flammable materials, chemicals, or incendiary devices;
3.3 Fireworks, rockets, and firecrackers;
3.4 Glass bottles
3.5 Metal bottles and cans
3.6 Alcoholic beverages not purchased within the venue;
3.7 Animals of any kind and size (except trained guide and assistance dogs);
3.8 Illegal substances, including drugs and needles (unless necessary for valid medical reasons);
3.9 Poles, rods, sticks, umbrellas, large photographic equipment (e.g., tripods), selfie sticks, and bats;
3.10 Drones or remotely controlled aerial devices;
3.11 Motorcycles, bicycles, skates, skateboards, and hoverboards;
3.12 Electronic transmission equipment, power banks, or laser pointers;
3.13 Suitcases, trolleys, bags, and backpacks larger than 15 liters, or items too large for security checks;
3.14 Stadium horns, pepper spray, and spray cans (e.g., insect repellent, deodorants, sunscreen, etc.);
3.15 Tents and sleeping bags;
3.16 Musical instruments;
3.17 Audio/video recording equipment, professional and semi-professional cameras, Go-Pro, iPads, and tablets;
3.18 Helmets, chains, and all other offensive items;
3.19 Strollers and baby carriers;

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the immediate termination of the service contract concluded with the purchase and possession of the access ticket and the application of any sanctions provided by current legislation. The present regulations can be supplemented by the law enforcement agencies on-site.
