Check-in & entry

Our staff will verify your ID and ticket (please remember to show the authorization form and the original purchaser’s ID if the ticket was a gift). At check-in you’ll also receive the items included in your package, along with useful information for entering the concert venue.

The exact time will be confirmed by e-mail a few days before the event. Please note that times may vary depending on production requirements, and Early Entry check-in may start as early as the morning of the show.

You’ll still be able to enter the area covered by your ticket. However, if your package includes Early Entry, you’ll lose the benefit of early access.

No. The ticket holder must be present with a valid photo ID (or a copy/photo of the original purchaser’s ID if applicable).

No. For security reasons, once your ticket has been scanned, re-entry is not permitted. There are no stamps or re-entry passes.

Yes, but for Early Entry packages only until the official doors open. For other packages, a separate line is available only if specifically stated in your package description. Otherwise, after check-in, you will join the general admission line.

Yes. Package items can be collected at the dedicated check-in point, but only within the time frame that will be confirmed to you by email a few days before the event.

No. All package items must be collected on the day of the show within the communicated check-in hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship them afterwards.

Services

This depends on the venue. We always recommend coming prepared just in case.

VIP packages do not include dedicated parking unless it is specifically mentioned in your package description.

Early Entry

No. Early Entry only allows you to enter before the general public. It increases your chances of getting closer to the stage in standing areas, but front row access is not guaranteed.

No. Unless explicitly stated in your package description, there are no reserved areas inside the venue for Early Entry guests.

Tickets & identification

You’ll need to bring the ticket with your name and a copy of the original purchaser’s ID.

Yes, but only through the official ticketing platform where you made your purchase. Name changes cannot be made at the venue box office. Please note: the deadline for name changes may close several days before the event. After that, you’ll need to present an authorization letter along with a copy/photo of the original purchaser’s ID.

Contact the customer service team of the ticketing platform where you purchased it immediately. Entry is not possible without a valid code.

Yes, in most cases a digital ticket is accepted, and printing is not required.

No. VIP packages cannot be upgraded after purchase. The only option is to resell your ticket (if permitted by the platform) and purchase a new one.

This depends on the ticketing platform’s policies. In some cases, official resale through authorized channels is allowed. For private transfers, it’s essential to provide an authorization letter along with a copy/photo of the original purchaser’s ID.
